Welding Column and Boom is also called as Welding head Manipulator. Welding head is mounted at the one side of the boom. Wire reel mounted at front or at the rear end of the boom.

Mini Column & Boom (upto 2 meter X 3 meter) Vertical movement is through lead Screw.

Heavy boom (3x3 meter to 6x6 meter) Vertical movement is through Rack and Pinion with counter weight arrangement. Counter weight and Boom assembly is held with metallic rope.

Horizontal Boom drive movements through rack and pinion for all models.
